As for dried fruits, they have a minimum amount of proteins and fats and a lot of carbohydrates. For example, dried melon has 82.2 grams of carbohydrate per 100 grams of product and an energy value of 341 kcal per 100 grams. This composition, combined with the pleasant taste of melon make this product an excellent snack.
